Epic IT Support

About · Nothing short of excellence

A small firm built around work most providers subcontract

Epic IT Support is a veteran-owned Georgia corporation delivering infrastructure, cloud, identity, and cybersecurity engineering nationwide. Roughly two decades of that work has been in enterprise environments — data center migrations, storage platforms, Unix estates, disaster recovery for organizations that genuinely cannot lose data.

Today a substantial share of what we do is delivered under someone else's brand. Other managed service providers bring us the Linux estate, the VMware exit, the Entra ID migration, or the penetration test their client is asking for and their bench cannot cover. The rest of our work is direct, for organizations who would rather have the specialist team than the generalist one.

How we work

Four commitments that shape everything else

None of these are unusual. They are simply written down, which turns out to be the difference.

  • Say the inconvenient thing early

If a project is unnecessary, if the platform choice is wrong, or if the budget does not match the objective, we say so during scoping. It costs us work occasionally and it has never once cost us a client.

  • Write it down before doing it

Every engagement runs on a statement of work naming deliverables, assumptions, responsibilities, and hours. Most disputes in this industry are really disagreements about what was assumed.

  • Prove it rather than assert it

Recovery gets tested and timed. Migrations get validated per workload. Findings get retested after remediation. "It should work" is not a deliverable.

  • Leave the client able to operate it

Documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer are written into the scope. Building a dependency on ourselves would be good business and bad engineering.

About the firm

About Epic IT Support

Who is Epic IT Support?

Epic IT Support, Inc. is a veteran-owned Georgia corporation headquartered in Savannah, Georgia. We deliver IT infrastructure, cloud, identity, and cybersecurity engineering nationwide — both as a white-label subcontractor to other managed service providers and directly to businesses and public-sector organizations.

What makes you different from a typical MSP?

Depth rather than breadth. Most managed service providers are excellent at Windows, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management, and thin on Linux, cloud architecture, identity migrations, and offensive security. Those are precisely the areas we specialize in — which is why a meaningful share of our work comes from other MSPs handing us the projects their teams cannot staff.

How large is the team?

Deliberately small and entirely senior. We do not operate a tier-one triage bench, and the engineer who scopes an engagement is the engineer who delivers it. That constrains how much work we take at once, which we consider a feature.

Where are you located and where do you work?

Epic IT Support is headquartered at 100 Bull Street, Suite 200, Savannah, GA 31401, and delivers remotely to clients across the United States. Most infrastructure, cloud, identity, and security work is performed remotely as a matter of course; on-site attendance is arranged where a project genuinely requires it.

What does veteran-owned mean in practice?

Epic IT Support is owned and operated by a military veteran. For some public-sector and enterprise clients that status matters to their supplier diversity reporting; for most it simply reflects how the business is run — planning before execution, briefing before action, and after-action review afterwards.

How do I get in touch?

Call (912) 225-0483, email ask@epicit.support, or use the contact form. Whichever route you take, you will be speaking with an engineer rather than a salesperson.

Have a project your team cannot staff?

Tell us the environment and the deadline. You will talk to the engineer who would do the work — not a salesperson.
