For businesses
IT that stops being something you think about
Day-to-day support, security, and infrastructure from one accountable team — with the enterprise depth to handle the projects most providers your size would subcontract. In fact, they subcontract them to firms like ours.
What changes
What you are actually buying
Not a bundle of tools. Four outcomes that are measurable within a quarter.
-
Fewer things break
Patching, monitoring, and lifecycle management run on a schedule instead of in response to a complaint. Most of the tickets you have today are preventable.
-
You can answer the security questionnaire
Cyber insurers and enterprise customers now audit their suppliers. We build the controls and produce the evidence, so a renewal is paperwork rather than a scramble.
-
Recovery is a tested number
You get a measured recovery time and recovery point per system, proven by an actual restore — not an assumption based on a backup job reporting green.
-
One accountable team
The same engineers handle the help desk ticket, the Azure migration, and the penetration test. Nothing falls into the gap between three vendors.

Questions
Before you switch providers
The questions worth asking any provider, answered plainly.
Service questions
What size of business do you work with?
Typically organizations from around 25 to 500 staff, plus larger enterprises that engage us for specific project work. The common thread is that the environment is complex enough that generic IT support has stopped being sufficient — a manufacturing plant, a school district, a city, a business with regulatory obligations.
Do you replace our IT staff or work alongside them?
Both models are normal. Some clients have no internal IT and we run everything. Others have a capable internal team and engage us for the specialist layer — Linux, cloud architecture, security testing, disaster recovery — that would not justify a full-time hire. We are explicitly comfortable being the second team rather than the only one.
How is managed IT priced?
Recurring services are priced monthly against a defined scope and coverage window, usually per user or per device depending on the environment. Project work is quoted from a written statement of work with a fixed schedule of fees. We do not quote a monthly number before understanding what is actually in the environment.
Are you local to us?
Epic IT Support is headquartered in Savannah, Georgia and delivers remotely to clients nationwide. Most of our work — including infrastructure migrations, identity projects, and security assessments — is performed remotely as a matter of course. On-site work is arranged where a project genuinely requires hands in a rack.
What happens in the first month?
Discovery and documentation come first: a full inventory of what exists, what is supported, what is exposed, and what is undocumented. That produces a prioritized remediation list. Nearly every new environment has a handful of urgent items nobody knew about, and we would rather find them in week one than during an incident.
Do you require a long contract?
Recurring services run on a term agreed in the statement of work, and project work carries no ongoing commitment at all. We would rather earn renewal than enforce it.
Tell us what is not working
A conversation with an engineer, not a sales process. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
