Partner capability

Procurement when you want it, never at your expense

We hold vendor programs with HPE, Microsoft, Veeam, CrowdStrike, Arctic Wolf, and AWS. For partners that is an option, not a push: take procurement if carrying it yourself is not worth the overhead, or keep your own relationships and use us for engineering only. What never changes is that we do not sell to your client.

  • HPE ProLiant, Alletra, Aruba, and VM Essentials
  • Microsoft CSP and Veeam VCSP licensing
  • CrowdStrike and Arctic Wolf
  • AWS billing transfer and consolidated invoicing
  • Every quote and invoice issued to you, never your client
  • Entirely optional — engineering-only is the most common model

What we deliver

HPE hardware when you would rather not carry it

Quoted against the design we wrote, so the bill of materials matches the architecture instead of approximating it.

  • HPE ProLiant DL380 and DL385 servers
  • HPE Alletra storage
  • HPE Aruba Networking switching and wireless
  • HPE VM Essentials for clients leaving VMware
  • Sizing tied to the written design, with the assumptions stated

Software and security licensing

Available through our vendor programs where you do not hold your own, or where carrying it is not worth the overhead to you.

  • Microsoft 365 and Azure through our Cloud Solution Provider program
  • Veeam through our Cloud & Service Provider program
  • CrowdStrike Falcon endpoint and identity protection
  • Arctic Wolf managed detection and response
  • AWS billing transfer and consolidated invoicing

Or none of it, which is equally fine

Plenty of partners bring us engineering only. That is the original model and it remains the most common one.

  • Professional services delivered on top of hardware you sold
  • Engineering inside a tenant you own and license
  • No requirement to route procurement through us, ever
  • No pressure applied at renewal or at any other point
  • We will tell you when buying direct is cheaper for you

The commitment that makes it safe

Procurement only works as a partner service if the trust question is settled in writing first.

  • We never approach your client directly, for anything
  • Quotes are issued to you; you set your own margin and invoice your client
  • Non-solicitation covering your clients is written into the partner agreement
  • We do not contact your client about renewals — you own that conversation
  • If your client contacts us directly, we route them back to you

Named platforms, not categories — so you can tell at a glance whether we already know your environment.

How it runs

From first call to sign-off

Every engagement is governed by a written statement of work naming deliverables, assumptions, and who is responsible for what.

  1. You decide the model

Engineering only, engineering plus procurement, or procurement for one line and not another. Nothing about the engagement changes based on which you pick.

  2. Quote follows the design

Where hardware is involved, the bill of materials is built from the written design document so it can be defended line by line to your client.

  3. Issued to you, always

Every quote and invoice comes to you. You add your margin and bill your client under your own paper. We never appear in that transaction.

  4. Renewals routed through you

We give you the renewal notice ahead of the date. The conversation with your client is yours to have, and we do not have it for you.

Questions

What people ask

Procurement when you want it, never at your expense — questions

If you resell, are you not competing with us?

Only if we sold to your clients, and we do not. Every quote is issued to you, every invoice comes to you, and you set the margin and bill under your own paper. The non-solicitation term in the partner agreement covers your clients explicitly. Procurement is offered as a convenience for partners who would rather not carry it, not as a route into your accounts.

We already have our own CSP and HPE relationships. Does that matter?

Not at all, and you should keep them. A large share of our partner work is engineering delivered on top of hardware and licensing the partner supplied. If your margin on procurement is good, carrying it yourself is the right call and we will say so.

What if our client asks you about pricing or renewals directly?

We route them back to you. We do not quote your client, discuss your pricing, or take a renewal conversation on your behalf. That is a firm rule rather than a preference, and it is the reason the arrangement is safe to use.

Can you supply hardware for a project someone else is delivering?

Yes. Procurement and professional services are separable — some partners take hardware from us and use their own engineers, others take engineering and buy hardware elsewhere. Both are normal.

How is the hardware quote put together?

From the written design document rather than a rough guess, so the bill of materials maps to specific architectural decisions. That matters when your client asks why a particular drive configuration or network card is on the list — the answer is in the design you can hand them.

Need a bill of materials you can defend?

Send us the requirement. You will get a design and a quote that map to each other, issued to you to price as you see fit.
