They do not govern any services Epic IT Support, Inc. provides to clients — those are governed by a master services agreement and the statements of work executed beneath it. Where these terms and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement prevails.

Informational purpose

The content of this site is provided for general information. Descriptions of services, capabilities, and methods are illustrative and do not constitute an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to perform work. Nothing here creates a contract or a client relationship.

Technical content is not advice

Build guides, configuration examples, and technical commentary published here describe work performed in specific environments. They are not advice for yours. Environments differ in ways that matter, and applying a configuration from an article without understanding your own dependencies can cause outages or data loss. Test in a non-production environment, and take professional advice for decisions that carry real consequences.

Case studies

Case studies published on this site are anonymized. Client names, partner names, contract values, and identifying environment details are deliberately withheld because the underlying statements of work are confidential under their master service agreements. Figures given describe the engagement accurately but are not a representation that comparable results are achievable in a different environment.

The content, design, and code of this site are the property of Epic IT Support, Inc. unless otherwise stated. You may read, quote with attribution, and link to this material freely. Republishing substantial portions as your own, or using the content to train a model that reproduces it as original work, is not permitted.
